Endless Loading/Crashing when trying to load a certain lot (broken object(s))

my family lived in this house at the time of the release of the add-on for rent. after downloading the add-on and logging into the game for the first time, my family immediately crashed, the game crashed, and after trying to enter this site, there has been an endless download. I tried to upload this house in a new clean save and it's still an endless download.
