I'm having this issue with Cuidad Enamorada. I can load into other lots in other worlds, but that world specifically has been giving me issues, particularly the 30x20 lots. I removed all my mods and tested twice (clearing my cache files in between), and still got the endless load screen. Just five minutes prior I was able to load into lots in Selvadorada with all my mods installed, so for me this appears to be specific to Ciudad Enamorada.
