Does sound it's the same issue.
crinrict The event planning issue is still an issue and only seems to be affecting Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. No clear reason why. I have no other player made events, getaways or holidays on those days. Its possible I had played a getaway on those days that maybe left some residual data in the game blocking those days ? If that is the case than this might be a separate issue from the 109 error.
