Have had the ‘For Rent’ pack for a while now and only recently started using it and everytime there is a maintenance event I go to my tenants house, fix the problem but it tells me I have done nothing about the problem and my rating will go down resulting in a tense moodlet for my sim. How do I fix this, it’s getting really annoying!!
Same issue. I got the "Explosive Malfunction" event today, went and replaced the stove, and got a notification that nothing was done and the unit rating went down.
Same here. No matter the issue, I fix it/ address it, and it says I did nothing. Quite frustrating

Having the same issue. Went and fixed a sewage leak and it said nothing was done and Unit Rating went down.
