I recently started exploring the For Rent DLC, and I sometimes receive events such as electrical failure or infestation.
The problem occurs when the issue is resolved—regardless of the event—once I complete the repair, the game states that the maintenance was not completed, even though it was.
My Sim is a wizard, and I have tried both Do Inspection and Maintenance and repairing with magic, but both options lead to the same result: the maintenance request remains incomplete.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is there a way to fix it?

I have the exact same problem. From researching I found that this bug has been going on for a very long time and still hasn’t been fixed :(

Same, I just started playing with For Rent and this is still an issue. This pack's gameplay is basically unplayable there are still so many bugs.
Also having this problem. PS5 so no mods or cc.
