[FR] Every tenant event successfully resolved is instead treated as a failure

Same issue, new on legacy save. Doesn't matter what I do, if I send a contractor or go myslef, always fails. 

Happy to send save file if it helps.

EDIT: Did some digging to find out how to find the save file.
