I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. My unit was 5 stars and now is back down to 4.

Every time my Sim begins a landlord/residential maintenance event, as soon as I finish "repairing" or "mopping" or any first action, the event immediately goes away and the notification "you were unable to complete the task, your ratings may go down etc." But I tried to complete it? It's almost as if it resets my Sim and cancels the event. It's happened every time I've loaded the game since I purchased the pack 2 weeks ago and I have no cc or mods.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have 1 tenant renting a bedroom and ensuite bathroom in my property. My property has 3 units: 1 tenant, home unit, under construction unit. I get a maintenance event and travel to the tenant unit and fix the problem IMMEDIATELY without even approaching the time limit.
What happens when the bug occurs? After I fix the problem, I get a notification saying that I didn't do anything and as a result my rating went down, or it will say that the tenant fixed it on their own and as a result the rating went up, but it never acknowledges my input for fixing the issue.
What do you expect to see? The system generates a notification that I have resolved the issue in a timely manner and I get some sort of something. I honestly don't know what to expect because it has never worked properly so I've never experienced it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

I have the same problem, I play on PC. I also tried it out with a vanilla save file and the tenant events are still buggy.

I use PC, I have CC and mods, but have turn them off to see if it resolves the issue. I have already scoured this forum for a solution and I see I'm not the only one dealing with this issue.
Whenever a problem arises with my tenants (I have 5 tenants) I immediately go to them and solve the issue. But instead of it saying I resolved it, it says that either the tenant has figured it out on their own or that I have failed to see to the complaint and my rating goes down, even if I finish it within one in-sims hour.
I've tried repairing things, I get the notif that I've done nothing. If I replace the item, it says that they solved it on their own. I'm not sure what else I can do. I tried saving before dealing with the issue, I've tried turning off my CC and mods, I've tried different methods of resolving the various issues. I've tried restarting my game, uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing is resolving it.
So far I've had the trash overload, the sewage leak and the electrical issues. All of which I resolve right away, nothing is working.
Same issue, PC, yes mods and CC, but have disabled to check, not cc or mod issue.

Every tenant event that pops up, if i bring my sim to the rental lot to fix it. Even if I complete it, it still says nothing was done and my unit rating goes down.
The only way to complete tenant events is to hire an expensive contractor. This is super annoying and very disappointing. Please fix soon!
6 months with no resolution is insane, it's obviously impacting several players include myself and makes the expansion useless imo.
Same issue has been ongoing for a long time, several different households it’s been an issue for. I’m on windows 10, no mods, no ccs, I’ve tried repairing the game, uninstalling but no good. Please fix soon this pack feels like a big waste of money.
