I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. My unit was 5 stars and now is back down to 4.

I am experiencing the same bug. I recently re-installed the game on a new computer with no mods/CC.

I used to be able to successfully complete landlord events. I unfortunately am not sure when it stopped working. The only expansion I don't have is Horse Ranch, the only Game Pack I don't have is Star Wars, the only Stuff Packs I don't have are Crystal Creations and Paranormal. I'm hoping it's not a kit that caused this, I have about half of them.
Despite my Sim dropping everything, even blind dates, to go tend to her tenants needs, It is failing every time.

Every time an event comes up for a rental unit, I solve the issue but then a bubble comes up saying the issue was not resolved. Also the tenants never pay rent?
Are none of the issues resolved in this expansion?
I am having this same issue! It is so frustrating. I am trying to cut corners and avoid calling a professional so instead I go out to my tenants house to fix the issue myself. As soon as I am done fixing the issue, It instantly says I failed to take care of the issue and my rating goes down. :(

I have the same problem. I fix the problems and it says the household solved it without me, even though I just did it. And I don’t get the completion for the event.
I just started playing as a landlord a few days ago. Same happens here... get a message that something went wrong, go fix it, and then I get a message either that it resolved itself or that I did nothing.
I have PC and no mods.
I don't know if I did this right, because I don't know what save it is (sorry). I have mods and CC (and a LOT of them), but apparently, it ISN'T a Mod/CC issue, due to how many people have been having the same issue that DON'T have Mods/CC's. Please bear with me with the files in this Zip file. I have no idea how to figure out which save game is the correct one. I don't know how to get the one exactly in here, but the specific game is called "TEST" if you go into the game to load them.
Was able to play this pack without this bug some time ago. Came back to playing the game, bought University, Highschool and go to Work. Now I noticed Im getting the sucessfull tasks as failures ._.
4 months after this issue has (re?)surfaced and EA still hasn't done anything about it. I'm also having this issue on PC, and it's bringing down my ratings
