I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. My unit was 5 stars and now is back down to 4.

Same here. I recently reinstalled the game on a different MAC computer and am experiencing the same issue. No mods or CC at all.
PC here, also having this issue still
I play on Xbox. I am in able to complete the 5 star property owner aspiration( for rent pack) because I can’t complete the handle maintenance event part. Whenever a maintenance event pops up I travel immediately to the property. Once I fix the issue ,well within the time frame, I get the notification saying e.g “Nothing was done to address the water leak problem in 1 Daisy Hovel! As a result, your unit rating has been impacted.” I have 3 rental properties and all have this same issue.
Status says more info needed but what info is needed and how do we submit it?
Still have the issue on Xbox series decided to try it and all events fail if I go and solve them so aspiration related to it can’t be completed. Obviously no mods and I own all expansions except love struck life and death wearwolves and kits /stuff packs for the most part

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Successfully resolve a tenant event.
What happens when the bug occurs? A notification appears saying "nothing was done to resolve the event" and the unit rating goes down. The landlord also gets a tense moodlet describing the failure even though he didn't fail at all.
What do you expect to see? The notifications and moodlets to reflect that I successfully resolved the tenant event. The unit rating to improve instead of decline.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Not sure, i havent used residential rentals in a while.
this bug is seriously annoying and also makes it impossible to complete the landlord inspiration.

Same problem on the PC, no mods. Very frustrating
