I’ve done 4 landlord events and 3 of them have said I’ve failed to do anything and my unit rating has lowered even though I’ve done them. I’ve had one say I did it. My unit was 5 stars and now is back down to 4.

This is happening to me too, the events seem to be successful if you hire an expensive contractor via the phone but always fail when you attend on site to rectify the issue
Have had the ‘For Rent’ pack for a while now and only recently started using it and everytime there is a maintenance event I go to my tenants house, fix the problem but it tells me I have done nothing about the problem and my rating will go down resulting in a tense moodlet for my sim. How do I fix this, it’s getting really annoying!!

I have the same problem on PC, no mods
Still happens to me as well.
It's frustrating since this DLC costs basically like a new game
Same problem. Bought the pack last month and have never been able to play the events successfully. Always an instant fail after fulfilling the tasks.
