[FR] Explosive Malfunction: Can't replace/repair broken object

as there have been quite a few fixes done with this, can you provide the following info:

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
• What's your game version ?

During an explosive malfunction event, my landlord sim is unable to interact with the malfunctioning stove. I am unable to click on the object to repair or replace it. 

I am not currently using any mods or cc. 

Edit By crinrict: Added pack tag to title, adjusted title a bit.

Interestingly, when it happened in my sims apartment a short time later, I did have the option to replace the stove but then again, when reoccurring in another unit, the stove was not clickable.

Yes, I'm not able to click on the item at all, specifically the stove, I'm not sure if this happens with other items in the tenant unit, or just stoves.

is the landlord living in the same rental building as the tenant with the malfunction ?

Im also having this issue, the Landlord for me is not living in the same rental building as the tenants. I cannot click the broken stove at all.

Just had this happen to me. there is simply no interactions at all available on the broken stove, and replacing it from manage worlds just makes it instantly break again. I ended up jut turning off events in the settings because they are so buggy, but at the same time i need them for the aspiration
