[FR] No/ too low rent/lease period when playing as tenant

There's a notification from landlord that I have to pay bills but there's no option for it! I play without mods, on PC. 

Hi, I saw in the patch notes that you mentioned the rent payments had been fix, but that's not the case. I even reinstalled my entire game; I have 0 mods, It's still $0.

Could you please provide the following information

• Did you remove your mods/cc or never have any ?
• Is this for an existing rental or did you try a new one ? It's possible that already affected rentals aren't working still. Please test this on a new save.

I had this same problem.
Switch active family into another (for me was family in another flat in this same lot) and back .
Should be fine.

Yes I remove my mods, yes I try both and same. I try on a new save and same.

But it still not work well.
I save and leave game day before monday in game... and i have VERY LOW bills
It's seems mod "SonozakiSisters_Pay_Rent_Fix" is still nesesery

this bug was supposed to be fixed, but I still see it in my game. Tenants that I placed manually through Manage households wont pay rent. They are the only renters so I don't know if this is linked to the fact they were not recruted by using the UI to get tenants... Also the lease is stuck at 0 days...

I play with all pack installed, latest version of the game, no mods, on pc.

For the other issue I'm currently not sure if CM want to treat that separate or not.

I'm currently playing as a family living in a residential rental owned by another played Sim who lives in world. I keep getting notifications that they need to pay rent but there's no way to do it. I've tried the phone, the mailbox, and the computer. I've shift-clicked on the mailbox, used households.force_bills_due multiple times with testing cheats on, removed mods and repaired the game, and none of that worked. This has made having my Sims living in a residential rental unplayable.
