I have a lot in Oasis Springs that has been "stuck" for months now, and has become unusable. It was a rental lot where the owner was renting rooms, and after the last tenant moved out<, I was ready to turn it back into a normal house. Again, the last tenant moved out and I went into build to change the lot type and it wouldn't let me, saying "Lot type cannot be changed while there are still tenants living on the lot." I tried re-allocating the entire house's rental lines to the owner, and when that didn't work I eventually even moved the owner sim out to a new lot. That still didn't work and gave the same error - at the point NO ONE is living there. I eventually even bulldozed the lot to start all the way over with that lot, but still giving same error. Not sure what else to do and I cannot do ANYTHING now with that lot. See screenshots.
Any ideas?
