Ideas
The neighborhood Henford On Bagley loads to a white screen and the neighborhood does not load. The menu appears and works but that's all. I've unistalled mods, deleted thumbnail cache from sims folder, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, tried a new save, reset the game by placing the sims folder to my desktop and running the game to create a new sims folder, repaired the game. I don't know what else to do I've invested a lot of money into this game and want to be able to play it. How do I fix this or is this a bug that needs to be fixed?

- Did you place and residential rentals in Henford ?
- Have you been able to play the world before and then it stopped or did it never load ?
