Reporting what happened to me, and I'm playing on PC: I bought the pack, disabled my mods as I had heard about this pack's problems and wanted to check if it played fine without them. I deleted the cache files, started the game and loaded a pretty fresh save I only had maybe 5 hours of gameplay in. Placed 2 rental lots, everything was fine. Then I started playing with a household and had them buy one of the rental lots. Got the white screen when loading the world (Ciudad Enamorada). But this issue extended to ALL my save files (2 more besides the one I was playing in). Even though I hadn't even played them since getting the pack, when I loaded the saves Ciudad Enamorada wouldn't load in ANY of them. I started a brand new save and tried loading the world. Same thing happened, got the white screen. I had to completely disable to pack and return it for a refund (I had bought it through steam) as I couldn't even get an hour of proper gameplay in until it affected every single save including new ones.
