Hello,
Since the Sims team released the open letter to the community around May 2024, I have been unable to open and access Strangerville on my console. Every attempt to access said world from the ‘Manage Worlds’ screen is met with a blank white screen and a pulsating green translucent circle. Furthermore any attempt to close or leave that page results in my game freezing unable to save, return to the main menu, etc. I must do a force restart.
My system has all the latest updates that have been released at the time of this submission. I have also made attempts prior to uninstall and reinstall the content all have been met with the same issue. I do not want to turn off this World/Pack.
