I FIXED MINE! This fix requires MC Command Center. So with this keep in mind your residential rental lot is going to be bye bye BUT you’ll be able to access the world again free of white screen!
- Select a sim from a non bugged household or create a new sim. This sim is going to be our hero.
- Teleport our hero Sim to a world sim that lives on the bugged lot using MCCC’s teleport to world sim. Select a sim that you know lives on the cursed residential rental lot to teleport your hero to them.
- Now that your hero is on the cursed lot save and exit to main menu.
- Go back into your game, and go to the household manager. It’s time to evict all those tenants and put them somewhere safe. So every tenant on the cursed lot needs to be moved out. Once they are out and safe somewhere else save your game again.
- Now go back to your hero sim’s household and load them up. They should he standing in the cursed residential rental.
- Now open your cheat menu and type “bb.enablefreebuild” this will allow you to change the lot type to a standard residential lot.
- After it’s become a residential lot BULLDOZE THE HECK OUT OF IT!
- Save again. Then have your hero travel to a nearby lot in the world. Just click on the neighboring lot and select “travel”.
- Now save again. It is safe for our hero sim to go home. So go ahead and send that sim back to their home lot.
- Save and exit.
- Now open up your game and try to go into the world. Should load right up!
