I'm having a similar issue. I started new save because I installed a new pack and the pack world doubled up. annoying but this was my new world attempt anyway because of past issue. Anyway, I placed a few lots and game shut down on me. When I tried to go back in and open the lovestruck world I got a white screen. I took out all my mods. Repaired game, issue remains. Don't know how to attach save as the attachment button is not allowing the save
My issue was also with the lovestruck world. There is something buggy with the empty penthouse lot in ciudad enamorada. If you download MC command center you can teleport a sim to Aziz Nadir who lives in one if the penthouses. In my game it was the neighboring penthouse torres amanecer. You can still travel there once you’re inside the world. When there bulldoze the lot, then travel back to a nearby lot so it reloads the world without going back to the world selection map. Try that and see if it works.
