[FR] White Screen when loading world with residential rentals

I have the Sims 4 for Playstation 4, it's the most recent update available for the system. I made a rental residential lot with 4 units in newcrest, saved the game, and closed it. The next day I tried to open back into newcrest and when I selected it from manage world I got a white screen and nothing loaded. I could still open the options menu and gallery. I waited 5 minutes, nothing changed.

So I exited to the main screen, re loaded the game, went into a household and tried to travel to newcrest, same thing happened.

I exited to main screen again loaded a different save, and was able to travel to newcrest on the save that did not have the rental.

This issue is caused by bugged residential rentals and often happens when you change the lot type back and forth.

You can find a tutorial in my blog on how to fix it: https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2020/11/mod-related-white-screen-when-travelling-to-new-world/ but the S4Studio one is still very experimental. I had it work and not work depending on the save.

Disabling for rent, then saving the game without it and then reinstall it is the best method although you will loose all content from the pack and it will reset the world. Some people also reported that doing this deleted the lot altogether (like there was no lot to build on anymore afterwards).

You do any fixes at your own risk so please make backups.

When I click Manage Worlds or Travel it goes to my current town page but when I click the world icon it takes me to choose the world to access. Then takes me to a blank page. I cannot access any additional worlds. I disabled all mods reset options to default etc.

I have quite a lot of rentals in my save file, my game was working completely fine until I placed a rental in Tomorang. The world that came with For Rent. I can no longer access Tomorang as it just comes up with a white loading screen - All my other worlds are fine, but I can no longer access Tomorang :(

I have this issue in Strangerville... Where I placed a residential rental from the gallery some time ago. Now I have deleted all the rentals from my game, except this one since I can't access the world. It's exactly this issue, when I click on the world the whole map is blank white and I can't do anything except go to main menu.

Packs I have : All except Journey to Batuu.

I'm having this problem now. Same issue...created a 3 unit residential rental in Newcrest. Saved the game and closed. When I re-opened the save file, Newcrest wouldn't open. I can open the other maps and even see my Newcrest households, but can't play with them.

I have almost the same issue with my laptop!! It totally broke my game in every saves used residential rental lot in Newcrest. Now, in my every saves of Newcrest used residential rental lot all became a white screen. I can't believe that I bought this pack with extremely high patience and expectations, but what I only received is just lots of bugs and the white screen.
PACKs all I have:
For Rent, Get To Work, Get Together, City Living, Get Famous, Discover University, Seasons, Cats and Dogs, My First Pet, Backyard, Romantic Garden, Blooming Rooms

So when I try to open the world of Sulani or Ravenwood they do not open basically the screen goes white and the only solution to get out of this mode is to go to the option 'Exit to main menu' or close the game. Since the globe icon on the top left corne is grayed out.

This is an known issue.

The only solution that currently seems to work is to disable/uninstall For Rent. It does have downsides as you will loose everything related to the pack.

Otherwise you need to wait until finally fixes this for good.
