I can't remove tattoos I've downloaded from the gallery. When in CAS even if I add a new layer and delete the old one the tattoo stays.

Is this with or without mods/cc ? What platform are you playing on ?

Without mods/cc on a windows laptop. I haven't noticed removed tattoos reappearing. But within the remove tattoo menu in game they are being registered just not in CAS. When I originally downloaded them to my sim, I hadn't even left CAS yet so I'm unsure what would be stopping me from removing them.
