I'm experiencing the same problems on PS5, and I first noticed it last night when trying to find a lot for Granite Falls. I saw a lot of the spinning circle and no results found. If it found results, it wasn't the complete list - it only displayed a few results at best.
Also, I cannot view my favorites in the View Catalogue tab. No results found 😑
