Just coming on here to say that I'm having the same issue. Besides showing me the "no results found" sometimes the gallery will load but it won't load properly and I only get to scroll once before it starts to not load again. Very frustrating since I've tried restarting my computer and Ea app, repaired the game, deleted the sims 4 folder, and started a new save without mods/tray/saves and played for 15 minutes. Hope this gets fixed soon, it's not worth playing for me if I can't have access to amazing and talented builders.
