This exact problem just happened to me a few days ago. I cannot access the Gallery and I've done everything you have done to try and fix it. I simply can no longer use the gallery for some reason. I am getting desperate, I have bought every single pack and expansion and kit and now I have no access to the gallery.
It happened the day after I uploaded a build onto the gallery. EA refuses to help!
