What is happening: Following update 1.124.63.1020 that said this issue was fixed, I went through some of my lots to back them up to my library. I could upload about 50% of them. Some still give the "timed out" error.

For quite awhile now, every time I go to download something on my gallery it says “timed out check internet connection”
my internet is fine, everything else runs smoothly but I can not upload anything to the gallery & it’s frustrating
This has been happening for nearly a year and still not been fixed have reported multiple times I just wana save my lot 😭
People are having this issue timeout during this upload check your Internet connection or try again any moment can someone fix this EA what is going on?
It's not your issue, because I've been experiencing that for over a year, it's extremely frustrating.
I've also been having this issue for over a year, sometimes I get to save something but most times it won't work, but on my game, the issue is saving lots. I want to start a new game and add some of the lots I had before but the game on let me. I want to send a private message to the sims team but I also don't know where I can click to send them a message. I've been so frustrated about it that it makes me not want to play. I don't have any cc only sims 4 packs
There's still the Problem with the overtime-error when uploading selfmade buildings to the gallery or library.
I'm having this problem with some lots but not all. So I placed a gallery lot, changed many things about it, and tried to re-upload it to my library (I only upload for myself only) and it wouldn't work. I don't use mods or cc, but the lot did have paintings from the og gallery lot. Do you think that's my issue? I also tried the trick where you wait on the error screen for 5 minutes before clicking OK but it still didn't save. I was able to use a shell challenge from the gallery, build it out and save that, so it's probably something on that other lot.

Although it has been said to be fixed, I still am unable to save any lots to my library or to the gallery. My game is up to date, I deleted the cache, and I tried to save a lot in a new save, It is very frustrating. Is there an extra step I need to take to get it to work? This has worked for me for several months and I have some lots that I want to save. It still says that it has timed out and that I need to check my internet and try again later. I checked my internet and I was connected. Please someone help me!!!
