How often does the bug occur? Every time steps below occur (able to be replicated in two saves)
What is your current game version number? 1.113.291.1020 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except My Wedding Stories, Journey to Batuu, Jungle Adventure, Toddler, Kids Room, Spooky, Luxury Party and most kits (I have installed: Modern Luxe, Book Nook, Bathroom Clutter, Simtimates, Everyday Clutter, Pastel Pop, Desert Luxe, Blooming Rooms, Industrial Loft).
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a fresh save and move into Inked Inlet. Grab "Industrial Loft Starter" by tinaveronika2 from the Gallery. Open a small business. Have the bottom floor be public and upper floors be residential. Have Werewolves Old Factory Stairs and Railing between these two floors. Edit, move, build or delete the stairs.
What happens when the bug occurs? The stairs are responsive at first and then stop after a few interactions. If I try to build stairs, the flag "Op generation failed" appears (screenshot below). Once the stairs stop responding, the game will not play, save, or exit. If I try to save or exit to main menu, I get stuck in infinite loading screens. This also happens if I just delete the stairs. There is a different set of stairs on the same lot that does not have this issue.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to modify the stairs and editing these stairs should not crash my game.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? After installing Businesses and Hobbies

If I am trying to build a pool, foundation, terrain, etc. my game freezes when I undo a mistake. If I am placing flooring down individually, the tiles will go everywhere around the lot and will once again freeze the game if I try undo something. If I try exiting out of the game it will not close down, and I have to manually shut off my computer to turn the game off.
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Does this happen on a specific save only or also on a new one ?I have removed all of my cc/mods and have been using both an old and new saved game and I am still having the same issues. I did not have this issue until I updated my game this morning. When I try placing something it shows "OP generation failed"
