After the latest update I have tried multiple times to have my sims marry or move in together and every time they start the interaction then freeze just before the action completes

In the game im trying to move my sim out of the house and its not letting me for some reason I can’t even transfer to another house hold and on top of that my game sometimes freezes I can look through my gallery and it stays like that for a while until I restart it and im trying to figure out what to do and why it’s not letting me do simple things like move out please help
Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox). Please pick a thread tag for that.
- Could this be what you are seeing:
No I’m not using mods i never used them and can’t because I’m playing on a ps5 yes it’s similar my sims just can’t move out or transfer it’s l greyed out when I try it and sometime when I’m looking for a house in the gallery it freezes up I have to start the game over again everything fine but the moving out part and the freezing
