I have tried multiple times to use the fountain tool, and I can lay down some fountain shapes, but when I try to adjust their sizes with the arrows, the game acts like it is not responding and doesn't show up in the task manager, so it freezes. The last time I tried, the game went to a white screen. I am also unable to close TS4 from the task manager or by exiting it from the taskbar; I have to restart my computer.
I DO NOT use custom content of any kind and I am playing on a Windows pc.
I have all packs installed except Journey to Batuu, luxury party stuff, and spooky stuff.
