trying to play and it wont even load, i want to play with new cc but I cant because of this issue and I tired the clearing and repairing the app and it still says it, has been going on for two days. There is not error code or link to speak to someone for help.

same mine hasnt worked all week either, i uninstalled the sims and ea and tried repairing both i got rid of all of my mods and cc as well and NOTHING is working
