Wont let me pick up my infants and wont let me go to the bathroom and nothing is in the way I have done two repair games and no mods in and wont let do anything gameplay and she just stands there . like i am gonna lose these kids because of this.

There's already several threads along these lines.
I'll check with a Community Manager with which one they want this merged
Please for future reports pick either Never used mods or mods removed not both.
- Never: You never had any mods/cc in your mods folder or not for a long time
- You have mods but you removed them.
