After the June 17th 2025 update, I confirmed that the package settings were correctly reflected in the Simology panel.
However, I don't recall seeing the changes reflected when I started the game right after the update, so perhaps the changes can be made visible by loading data saved after the update.
I don't know if this is a silent update or not.
It would be helpful if someone else could check this too.
