[GF] [GT] Chance Card Popped Up for NPC When Visiting Another Household

My Sims visited their friends' house and threw a house party there. One of the residents of that house was at work at the time, and their chance card popped up for me. Something similar also happens in San Sequoia (in the area with the movie theater). When NPCs go to the local movie theater and my active Sim is on one of the lots in that area, chance cards for those NPCs from the movie theater constantly pop up. I think these two cases are connected.

Platform: PC (Steam/EA App)
Mods: Name replacement and several fixes addressing other issues in the game.

Please follow these steps to test your game on vanilla game with no mods/cc

Create a backup of your save game

Move your mods folder to the desktop

Delete the following files from your user folder.

localthumbcache

Any lastException Files

Any LastCrash files.

Check if the same happens.

Did as you asked. I was only able to reproduce the issue with the movie theater (I think triggering a chance card at another family's house will be more difficult). My Sim was collecting items in the inter-lot space when a chance card popped up for another NPC from the movie theater.
