- Nope I didn’t have any mod or cc ever on this computer ever before it happened (I do have the UI cheat today tho, but this bug has never happened again since then)

If it was just a one time thing, I wouldn't worry about it to much. Could be any number of things and will probably be hard to track down if it doesn't happen regularly.
