[GRO] Cannot practice standing/Tummy Time in basements

not going to insist on this one that you need to remove your mods for this one as it's a known issue but if you make more reports, test them without MCCC installed.

This has been going on ever since I have been playing again so I am reporting it now as it is a real pain in the rear. When a sim is holding their toddler and tries to start tummy time as seen in the photo, an error message shows saying, "You can't do this in water". I used to think it might be the house they were living in, but it has been consistent across houses. 

Since it won't work this way, my sim has to put the toddler down on the playmat and then initiate tummy time by clicking on the playmat. This is a HUGE pain because my household is so busy that in the short time between putting the child down on the mat and then choosing tummy time as a separate interaction, something can distract my sim in between that short time. And there is enough hang time once a sim decides to do something that they might be halfway across the house before whatever I told them to not do cancels, and they have to walk back again. it is not as bad timewise with my vampire sims as they can get back quite fast, but they're also gone faster. There is just no reason for it when I obviously should be able to initiate the tummy time while they are holding the toddler. Please fix this!!!

I started using mccc again yesterday, but the problem goes on in a clean game too because as I said, it's existed since I restarted playing.

Are they in the basement when this happens? If they are, then this thread refers to the issue

I am not sure if they have always been in a basement when this happens, but I do tend to build underground and, in this case, yes they are. How can I move my post to that thread or do I just have to create a new one?

On top of the underwater thing, I am now experiencing a problem with practice standing. It isn't greyed out or anything, but when I tell my sim to do it with their toddler, they don't do anything. Maybe here and there it will seem like they might as they pick the toddler up and place them on the floor, but then they will walk off. There is plenty of room for it, I've went through it before. but unlike before, the toddlers cannot click on a couch or chair to pull themselves up. Used to I could direct them to do it even though it would not count for the milestone. I'd have to wait until they did it themselves. Right now, there is no option for me to have them click a couch or chair. It simply is not there. So I thought ok, maybe the underground thing is even affecting the practice standing. So I took a toddler to the main floor and tried it. Still no option to click couches and again nothing comes of it. This is what I got for the effort and frankly it is how I am feeling about all this right now too because I can't progress my family without them learning to stand and walk and all that so I can age them up.

And please don't suggest I do it in cas or something. That is not happening and unlike many people, I only play one save file so this is well and truly a problem.
