[GRO] Colin Sullivan does not show in the Luna-Sullivan Family Tree

In the Luna-Sullivan family in San Sequoia, Colin Sullivan is stated to be the deceased husband of Xochitl Luna, father of Karmine Luna, and son of Eleanor Sullivan. Instead of showing in the family as deceased, the spot where he should be is just "Unknown". This prevents Eleanor from showing up in Xochitl's tree at all, and they don't have the proper in-law relationship bits either. This has been the case since game version 1.121.342.1230 and still exists on the current patch, and I am seeing this issue in all new saves. Before that patch, the tree was incorrect, but in a different way (Karmine's tree would show Eleanor as the maternal grandmother, as there was still no father to connect her to, but Eleanor's own tree didn't show her as connected to anyone at all).
