Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- When you say you haven't played the pack, do you mean you didn't have it installed or just not use the features ?
- I don't think you get all the milestones if you install the pack with existing Sims but they should have some ?
- Could you post a picture of your milestone tab ?
