The DJ Booth Music does not have a venue wall speaker to play that music at player made venues designed with this station in mind (It's strange to only allow this music to be listened to when someone is playing a DJ set as having a DJ in a community lot sort of messes up the gameplay and we should be able to put venue wall speakers of DJ music in our clubs that don't have DJ booths).
Without the Venue Wall Speaker for the DJ Booth Music, it directly affects player-based freedom and decisions in building whatever community lots or, really, building whatever their hearts desire with this music ambiance and without having to have DJ booths.
