[GTW] Doctor: Can't treat patients (Medication)

Just to clarify: after resetting the bed, the patient stands up. At that point, the 'Give Medicine' option is available (provided you've already diagnosed them). It works regardless of where the patient is standing.

But 'Give Food' is different — that option only shows up when the patient is actually lying on the bed. So the reset trick doesn't help with food.

In the medical profession, if I have already made a diagnosis, I cannot treat, the characters stand or cancel the action

Does anyone else have this problem?

Hello, it's happening in my game too. I'm at Level 9 and now can't treat the 5 patients I have to to be promoted. What does the tag "Validating fix" mean?

Same is happening to me. I hope using reset object isn't the solution to this problem. 

There are so many bugs in this game. My entire game freezes up when I fast forward. When my sim goes to work I have to constantly reset object to give patients medications. It’s becoming so annoying I can’t even play it. I have tried everything. Until they fix it I’m not playing the game anymore. I’m on Xbox does anyone else have this issue? I have checked my internet connection I have checked for downloads. Nothing is wrong or needing updating. 

My Sim was in the show Residency of the Heart. One of the scenes is Treat Patient. They will not do it. The music for the scene starts. The co-star and my Sim prepare before "action" is called. And then nothing. Absolutely nothing. It'll time out. All other scenes are completed. I have every pack and kit. A couple maker ones. On PS5.

how do i 'reset object on the bed'?

Every time I go to administer a medication/to treat a sim, it waits in que and disappears. I’ve seen a few other people have this same issue. I have no cheats or mod attached and this is on ps4. Any tips??
