As a Brit, I find it deeply weird that Shepherd's Pie under Baking requires Dough as an ingredient - it doesn't IRL. It is basically the same as Cottage Pie (found in [COL]), but uses lamb instead of beef. Neither use dough. Both are minced meat stewed with vegetables, topped with mashed potatoes that are then cooked in an oven to crisp the potatoes.
Currently this is how the recipe looks when selecting it in the Bake function:
The recipe should be:
- Carrot, Potato and I'd recommend adding Onion as this tends to be a key ingredient IRL (without [HCHSP])
- Prepped Meat and the vegetables above or Prepped Veggies (with [HCHSP])
Additionally, if the user doesn't have [COL], but does have [HCHSP], they should be given a Faux Meat Pie which uses Prepped Meat Substitute. This might be redundant if they have all three packs, but only in that instance.
To be consistent with Cottage Pie and the IRL recipe, Shepherd's Pie should be moved to Cook not Bake.
