Issue
The save game starts to disintegrate itself. Lots start to get deleted, causing endless loading, loading into empty lots.

Ideas
Since the Royalty & Legacy update, the details of the lots (houses, buildings) are no longer visible, but the lots seem to be there but when I travel to them, the lot is gone. I do not have any mods or cc currently installed. I have repaired the game a couple of times now and I've moved out the whole Mods folder and deleted the file called localthumbcache and the lots are still "invisible." I also tried to force reload the lot in build mode, but the building /house is no longer on the lot in build mode.
Is there a solution for this?

It is not your mods. It is an EA problem they need to update the game. I hate when they tell you it's your mods when it has nothing to do with them.
