Houses/Lots Disappear

I opened the world, San Myshuno. I clicked Medina Studios. I clicked 930 Medina Studios then I clicked the build and buy icon in the lower right corner. After I clicked that icon, the loading screen came up but once it opened build mode, the entire apartment building was gone. Not just the apartment itself, the whole entire building is completely missing. It opened up to an empty lot. I clicked an item from the furniture section and hovered over the lot and it showed up green, insinuating that I could place the item onto the empty lot where the apartment building is supposed to be. I did not place the item, instead I went back to manage worlds and tried to open another apartment using the build and buy icon, but yet again, the second apartment building I attempted to access was completely missing just like the first one. I then wondered if this could be an apartment only issue so I opened the world, Oasis Springs. Once in Oasis Springs I clicked the Vista Quarry lot then clicked the build and buy icon. Once build mode opened the Vista Quarry lot I saw the whole was also missing once again as if it were an empty lot instead of a premade home. I waited for a few minutes to see if it would load in but it never did. I went to manage worlds. Once in manage worlds I saw that the home on the Vista Quarry lot appeared to be bulldozed on the Oasis Springs map view. The apartment buildings remained on the San Myshuno map view after I opened and closed build mode, but the premade Vista Quarry house had vanished from the map after I closed build mode.
