I've been having this problem since April of this year, and submitted a report twice in the Houses/Lots Disappear thread. I also reverted to previous saves and repaired the game more than once only for the glitch to come back like a boomerang. It's gotten to the point where I'm taking a break from the game until this gets fixed... whenever that will be. 🤷🏻‍♀️ (And there's no way that I'm starting my main save all over from scratch.)

Thank you for responding, and I am so sorry to hear that you are going through the same issue. It's literally insane... I don't understand how EA games doesn't have information and help for us! A patch? Update? Nothing... that's so unbelievable. (gotta vent for a sec because I'm so mad about this)
