Hi,
I have a problem specifically with the Sulani world map. When I open Sulani, I cannot click on anything at all. The lots cannot be selected, households cannot be selected, and nothing on the map responds when I click on it. The main problem is not the household itself. The entire Sulani map is basically unclickable, so I cannot select a lot, select a household, or enter any location in Sulani. The houses do not load either, and I cannot see any buildings or lots on the map at all.
I have already tried repairing the game, deleting the localthumbcache.package file, removing/resetting the Sims 4 files, restarting the game and EA app, and reinstalling the affected content. None of these solutions fixed the problem. Other worlds work normally.
