[IL] [GTW] Mermaids/Aliens crash game

could you run the dxdiag again ? 

Do you have get to work ? If so, do you also have issues with aliens ? There's a thread for that here: [GTW] Aliens Crash Game | EA Forums - 11998155 although OP didn't come back.

Could you also try the following

- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Repair the game
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry. 
- Start a new save game
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.

Thanks for ur patience I had work today, I followed the steps and unfortunately this did not fix the issue.
Tested on a new save & with & without cc/mods. Still only happens on mermaid sims.

There's some errors that point towards a potential driver issue.

So far Yes, this is the only thing I can think of rn that's caused my game to crash. 

Pathesis is this the only thing that crashes your game ?

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post

Pretty simple, if I try and make an alien sim my game freezes. If my sim gets abducted the game freezes. If I use cas full edit mode and try to turn a sim into an alien the game freezes. When this happens it's like a full screen issue and there's no way to reload, I have to restart. I've had this issue with and without mods.
