[IL] Sand acting like water/Fish jumping out of sand

I many people are having problems with fishing in sulani so I wasn't going to post anything but I noticed that the sand near one of the fishing spots is gliching with fish jumping out of it and my sim was stand on the sand and it had the circle like she was standing in shallow water.

Found at 3:35 sun,may 18

    Hi Andedede​ 

    Could you please provide the following information

    • Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    • A picture of what you are seeing
    • Provide info where exactly the spot is where you see this.
