[IL] Signed Fishing Spots Not Working in Sulani

I've resorted to having a Sim catch all the Sulani fish off a boat (They're all there by that island and the fishing sigh by that other property near there, just take the sailboat over there) and then stocked a pond with them so anytime my Sims need those fish they can go to that property and fish from the pond. But we shouldn't have to do this. It should have been fixed a year ago. It's ridiculous.
