[IL] Signed Fishing Spots Not Working in Sulani

I finally got the console update that was suppose to fix this, it did not. I still cannot fish in sulani?? Please help! I’m on ps4, so no mods or cc. I have all the expansion packs, all the game packs except for the Star Wars one, and most of the stuff packs except for like 2. I have a few kits too. Why is this still an issue, even after the update??

I did restart my game, too. It didn’t work. I cannot fish in sulani.
