seconding this bug, i've been experiencing this since the latest patch as well
Okay so what you guys have to do is go on a random lot in sulani and unlock all hidden objects in buildmode then type in fish sign in the search bar and click on a random fish sign you see. Place it somewhere it can function and then you can fish in sulani
That hasn't worked for me, I already tried it.
