I just noticed this issue, and to be honest, I'm devastated. I took so much time working on my save-file and working on custom pictures for all my households that I feel like I lost my time doing that.
The issue seems to occur for all the pictures on a lot as soon as you visit it and save.
I went and looked at the content of my save file in Sims4Studio, and for exemple, I had this picture that had a good quality, and was 432*576 in terms of size.
I went and visited the lot of the family owning that picture, it appeared blurry :
I then saved and opened my save file again : the picture was reduced to a 192*256 size, that's why it appears blurry. And of course, it means that it's not a visual glitch, as any picture affected was reduced for good.
I understand that one of the save corruption issue cause is heavy save-files. But imposing that solution to keep save files smaller, and not giving us the choice (I tend to limit the number of pictures I take and display for that purpose) is really sad. I feel like all the work I did was for nothing…
It seems to affect any photo, no matter the initial size. It's less visible on small pictures but they all are reduced to the same size.
