I'm having the same issue:

All photos I had already in my game, taken with the high qual camera on high skill, are now appearing in a pixelated / unsharp way, and new ones I take as well. This also applies to the family portrait. Before these were all nice sharp.
I really hope this is not permanent and can be reverted retroactively, and is currently just a temporary display issue, otherwise all gamers photos that took so much effort to create are now damaged 😢

I'm on PC (and photos were taken with mods as there is no way to take family photos just with the game, of the whole family).
