I have the same problem.I used Sims4Studio to analyze: in the old save, where everything was fine with the photos, the size of the images was HD, in the new save, after the patches, all the photos were low resolution.
I have a career as a freelance photographer and I have my own art gallery with photos turned into paintings through the ravasheen mod, now all the photos are blurred.
